Using Active products (VERY IMPORTANT): Discontinue 5 days before your facial if you use: • Retin-A / Tretinoin • Glycolic Acid • Salicylic Acid • Any strong prescription or OTC exfoliant ————- Laser Hair Removal on the face → must be done 2 weeks before. Botox → wait 2 weeks before booking a facial. ———— Male Clients: ❌ Do NOT shave within 24 hours ❌ Do NOT get a haircut or beard shave before your appointment Your skin will thank you. ⸻ ✨ TRAVEL MAKEUP BOOKINGS Deposits are required for travel appointments. CANCELLATION POLICY
➡️Cancellation Policy⬅️: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have implemented an appointment/cancellation policy.💖 ✅Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. ✅Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, or treatment. A confirmation text is sent out 72hrs in advance. Please confirm or cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours’ notice will require you to pay a cancellation fee 50% of service total. If we can’t process payment, you will be blocked/banned from booking with me again. 📆Clients are Allowed One Courtesy Reschedule Of Their Requested Appointment, IF done 24 hours prior to appointment time. ➡️Late Policy⬅️ The client has a 15min grace period and after 15mins you are marked as a NO SHOW and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. NO SHOWS are charged 50% of service with the card on file. If you fall under the NO SHOW category and we can’t process the payment, you will be banned/blocked from booking with me again.
