So welcome to your journey towards radiance!!✨💖 📆Scheduling Info📆 Please read the description for the service you want to book to make sure you are booking the correct service. You are able to add multiple services if you choose to or just choose the original service. The service lists the time allotted and price. If you are a New Facial Client, please select the New Client Facial Service. New clients please a list of the products you are currently using. Although You Must Enter Your Credit Card Information While Booking Your Appointment, Your Credit Card Will Not Be Charged Until Day Of Service‼️ ✅Please look for the Intake Forms & Waivers link after booking your service. You will need to fill them out completely prior to your appointment. That includes makeup services also. ✅For ALL Travel makeup bookings there is a $50 deposit fee before booking services. You are able to add the travel address on the form. you can also email it to me Blanchesbeautique@yahoo.com ✨NOTE: The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE✨ ➡️IMPORTANT⬅️ NEW & CURRENT FACIAL clients if you are using any products such as Retin-A, Retin-A like products such as Tretinoin (prescription or over the counter) please check your current products and LIST them on the intake form. You must be off of Retin-A, Retin-A like products for a minimum of 5 days prior to coming in for your service. If you are doing any type of laser hair removal on your face, this must be done at least 5 days prior to receiving your facial service. Also, check with your service provider as for aftercare instructions. DO NOT shave, wax, Dermaplane or thread your face at least 72 hours prior to your service. Male facial clients please DO NOT get a haircut/beard shave the same day prior to coming in for your appointment. ➡️No Exceptions To The Outlined Rules Above⬅️
CANCELLATION POLICY
➡️Cancellation Policy⬅️: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy.💖 ✅Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. ✅Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, procedure, or treatment. A confirmation text is sent out 72hrs in advance. Please confirm or cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours’ notice will require you to pay a cancellation fee 50% of service total. If we can’t process payment, you will be banned from booking with me again. 📆Clients are Allowed One Courtesy Reschedule Of Their Requested Appointment, IF done 24 hours prior to appointment time. ➡️Late Policy⬅️ The client has a 10min grace period and after 10 mins you are marked as a NO SHOW. NO SHOWS are charged 50% of service scheduled for and can not book with me again. If we can’t process the payment, you will be banned from booking with me again.
